Installation

The main goal of our installation process is simplicity. You can download an installer and straightforward instructions and do it yourself. Or, if you prefer, we can assist you with your installation using WebEx™ online conferencing. The choice is yours. The result is the same. Easy. Fast. Painless.

Data Conversion

One of the keys to a successful implementation is the proper conversion and reconciliation of your existing data - from spreadsheets or other existing systems - to your new Relevant solution. Our implementation team employs proven approaches and automated tools to convert, cleanse, reconcile, and guarantee the integrity of your data.

On-site Training

Your education begins the moment you become a Relevant client as we deliver hands-on training to your entire team during your implementation. To get your team up to speed quickly, we configure your EquityWorks system per your specific requirements and tailor your training based on your areas of focus. And to ensure your system runs smoothly when you're on your own, we also train your designated project manager in the intricacies of administering your system.

For ongoing support, our Help Desk is always at the ready and we also offer follow-up training to reinforce concepts and teach more advanced features.
